Gizzatov Sayalbek Makhambetovich - Scientific Secretary, Candidate of Historical Sciences.

S. Gizzatov was born on February 21, 1984 in the West Kazakhstan region.

In 2001-2005, he received higher education at the M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan State University, majoring in History, Fundamentals of Law and Economics. In 2010 he successfully defended his thesis on "Agrarian policy in Bukeyevo Horde (first half of the XIX century)" under the guidance of Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor T.Z. Rysbekov on specialty "07.00.02 - Native History (History of the Republic of Kazakhstan)".

  In 2010-2012, he studied at the Eurasian Academy with a degree in Law.

The young scientist actively participates in various competitions and projects. In 2011, he was awarded the youth award "Best Young Scientist" at the competition "Best Year" among the youth of the West Kazakhstan region. For his services in the field of science and education, S.M. Gizzatov was awarded in 2012 by a special Decree of President N.Nazarbayev with the state award "Certificate of Honor of the Republic of Kazakhstan", in 2020 with a letter of thanks from the National Congress of Historians of Kazakhstan.
