Abay Karimtaevich Satubaldin was born on March 24, 1983.
Education:
2000-2004 graduated from the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in Archeology and Ethnology;
2006-2008 graduated from the Master's degree program of the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. Master of Archeology and Ethnology.
2010-2012 graduated from the Master's degree program of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Master of State and Local Government.
2016-2020-completed postgraduate studies at Omsk State University named after F. M. Dostoevsky.
Work experience:
2004-2005 Senior Researcher of the Presidential Center of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2005-2007 Senior Researcher at the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2007-2008-Chief Specialist of the Department of Historical and Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2008-2014 Chief expert of the Committee on Culture of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2014-2015 Chief Expert of the Department of Culture and Art of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
From 2015 to the present, Deputy Director for Stock Activities of the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Additional education
in September – October, 2009 - passed short-term study in St. Petersburg state University of culture and arts (St. Petersburg, Russia) on the topic "State policy in the sphere of culture";
In June 2011, he underwent training in Sandfords Institute of public policy at Duke University, the city of Durham, North Carolina, USA.
