Visitors to the museum are prohibited from:
- Entering the museum in outerwear, headwear, or sunglasses;

Entering with backpacks of any size or large bags;

Bringing large children’s toys, balloons, flowers, branches, or umbrellas;

Bringing roller boards, roller skates, scooters, bicycles, and all similar sports equipment, as well as entering the museum wearing roller shoes;

Bringing food and beverages (including ice cream). A specially designated area is provided for consumption;

Consuming any beverages brought from outside (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), entering the museum under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or toxic substances;

Bringing pyrotechnic, flammable, poisonous, toxic, or hazardous substances and liquids, as well as household gas cylinders;

Bringing firearms, sharp, cutting, easily breakable objects, as well as their components and related items;

Bringing or accompanying any animals;
- Entering through the turnstile without a ticket;
- Littering or polluting the museum premises and territory;
- Smoking inside the museum premises (including electronic cigarettes);
- Unauthorized entry into service, production, or technical areas;
- Placing children on railings, turnstiles, handrails, or barriers;
- Scratching or damaging the surfaces of museum objects, exhibits, or other property, as well as making any inscriptions or marks on them;
- Touching exhibits, models, and display cases, or placing any objects on models;
- Damaging any museum equipment or property;
- Jumping in elevators to prevent emergency situations;
- Listening to audio equipment through loudspeakers, using sound amplification devices, or playing musical instruments without special permission;
- Running inside the premises, speaking loudly, singing, jumping, playing, or talking on the phone in exhibition halls and during guided tours;
- Insulting museum staff or other visitors, or using physical force;
- Using museum premises without written permission from the administration for commercial, advertising, or other activities;
- Engaging in any form of campaigning or propaganda;
- Conducting unauthorized excursions, lectures, or other activities in exhibition halls;
- Taking photographs or videos in all halls without special permission, including with cameras or smartphones.
