April 12 marks the day when humanity first traveled into space. Today, it is celebrated as the International Day of Human Space Flight.

On this occasion, a thematic tour titled «Conquerors of Space» was held for museum visitors in the «Independent Kazakhstan» hall of the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the tour, visitors became acquainted with exhibits from the museum’s collection related to space, as well as a number of documents, and learned about the outstanding contributions of cosmonauts and the achievements of our country in the space industry.
