Today, the Director of the Chinggis Khaan National Museum of Mongolia, Sampildondov Chuluun, and the President of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences, Sodnomsambuu Demberel, paid an official visit to the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the meeting, proposals aimed at strengthening cultural cooperation between the two countries were discussed.
Berik Abdygaliuly, Director of the National Museum, warmly welcomed the guests and highlighted the historical and cultural ties as well as the shared values of the Kazakh and Mongolian peoples. The guests highly praised the architecture of the capital and proposed organizing a joint exhibition dedicated to Mongolian culture at the National Museum of Kazakhstan in the future.
The parties emphasized the continuity of national traditions and the importance of preserving and promoting cultural heritage. At the end of the meeting, the sides exchanged gifts and agreed to further develop cooperation.
It is worth noting that last year in Ulaanbaatar, a memorandum of mutual partnership was signed between the two museums. Within this framework, joint exhibitions and scientific projects are planned for the future.
