STATE FLAG OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN
The national flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a rectangular blue cloth with an image in the center of the sun with rays, under which there is a soaring eagle. The flagstaff has a national ornament in the form of a vertical stripe. The image of the sun, its rays, the eagle and the national ornament are of the color of gold. The ratio of the Flag's width to its length is 1: 2.
The blue monochromaticity of the State Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan reflects not only the commitment to the idea of unity, but also reminds of the cloudless sky, which has always been the personification of peace, tranquility and prosperity for everyone.
In the language of heraldry, the color blue, its shades correspond to such human qualities as honesty, loyalty, hope. The golden sun, bathing in its rays, personifies peace and wealth, and the steppe eagle is generosity and vigilance, the height of the thoughts of Kazakhstanis.

The State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan has the shape of a circle and is an image of a shanyrak (the upper vaulted part of a yurt) on a blue background, from which uyks (supports) diverge in all directions in the form of sun rays. To the right and left of the shanyrak are images of mythical winged horses. In the upper part there is a volumetric five-pointed star, and in the lower part - the inscription "Kazakstan". The image of a star, shanyrak, uyks, mythical winged horses, as well as the inscription "Kazakstan" - the color of gold.
Shanyrak is the cornerstone of the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He became the heart of the coat of arms.
It is a hearth, the integrity of the world, a symbol of the fundamental principle of the family state.
The winged tulpar is an image of immortality, endless development and spiritual wealth of the peoples living in Kazakhstan under one shanyrak. Tulpar is a symbol of the preservation of the system of sovereign Kazakhstan. The winged tulpar is a flight, a dream, a young generation, with whom hopes are always connected.
The coat of arms is crowned with a five-pointed star. Each person has his own guiding star. The state should also have such a star.
