The project is aimed at practical consolidation of theoretical knowledge of pupils of grades 5-9 on social and humanitarian subjects (History of Kazakhstan, World History, local history, etc.) with the use of museum objects and collections.
The lessons will take place in the excursion halls of the museum, as well as in the online format. Scientists-researchers, heads of excursions of the National Museum of the RK jointly with teachers of history of secondary schools of the Department of Education of Astana will conduct interactive lessons. The duration of the lesson - 35-45 minutes. During the lesson pupils will be able to become better acquainted with the exhibits, to hold in their hands copies of artifacts. Lessons will be held every Thursday for 2 lessons before noon and afternoon.
The online format of the project is a series of pre-produced video lessons. The scenarios of the lessons are prepared by the specialists of the National Museum of Kazakhstan. The duration of the lesson is 5-7 minutes. The video lesson consists of the presenter's introduction, graphics and overview of expositions. The finished lessons will be posted on the official website of the National museum of RK according to the calendar plan of the school curriculum. The online format will expand the geography of the project, the lessons will be available for students all over Kazakhstan.
The topics and content of the lessons correspond to the curriculum approved by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
