Representatives of France's world-famous museums shared experience

The programme of the 2nd day of the Congress consisted of the work of the International Forum «Museology Kazakhstan - France: experience and perspectives» and the opening of the festival «Digital Autumn: Changing Perspective» in cooperation of the Embassy of the France with the support of the Ministry of the Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The forum was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Kazakhstan Sylvain Guiaugue, Director of the Department of Islamic Art at the Louvre Museum Souraya Noujaim, Conservator Noëmi Daucé, Director of the Department of International Relations of the National Institute for Preventive Archaeological Research (INRAP) Kai Salas Rossenbach, Head of the Department of Tourism Development at the Centre of National Monuments Elodie Grilli, Head of the Training and Cultural Engineering Project Delphine Bouet, and Head of International Projects at Universcience Mathieu Taunay.

The «Digital Autumn: Changing Perspective» festival will take place in the museum's Multimedia Hall until the 6th of October. It showcases some of the best digital art and artistic innovations from France using a variety of new media, including 11 award-wining virtual reality films; Exo Cortex 3.0., a mesmerizing immersive projection; as well as a collaborative augmented reality mural created by 12 young artists from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Russia, under the guidance of French artist Guillaumit.

The participants express their gratitude for the high level of preparation and organisation of the international «Kazakhstan Museum Congress». The participants state that the Congress programme was rich and versatile.
